MyJobTests provides online assessment preparation materials, including practice questions, CBT (Computer-Based Test) simulations, study materials, and performance analytics. Our content is designed to help users prepare for employment assessments, recruitment tests, and professional examinations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to:

  • We do not guarantee that our questions are identical to those in actual assessments
  • Success in using our platform does not guarantee success in any assessment
  • We are not affiliated with any employer or testing organisation unless explicitly stated
  • Assessment formats and content may change without our knowledge

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyJobTests shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or employment opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of MyJobTests after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
