Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

The refund policy of Myjobtests applies to individual customers exclusively. If you have made a corporate purchase, please reach out to your Myjobtests business account manager.

  1. Customers who fulfill the following criteria are eligible for a refund, with the refund amount to be determined by Myjobtests:

Once digital materials are downloaded, they cannot be retrieved, and thus, cannot be refunded.

If you have purchased a material or subscription on our website and are unsatisfied with the content or quality, you are eligible for a refund.

You must submit your refund request within 2 days of purchase.

You are also eligible for a refund if you encounter technical issues (on our end) that prevent you from accessing the prep material content, and we have not been able to resolve the issue within 7 days of your report.

Refunds are not available for any promotional or discounted purchases. We retain the right to reject refund requests if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our services.

If a customer has utilized all materials included in the purchased product and completed the actual test, and discrepancies are found between Myjobtests’ material and the actual test:

Case 1: If there is no match between Myjobtests’ materials and the actual test, the customer is entitled to a full (100%) refund.

Case 2: If there is a partial match between Myjobtests’ materials and the actual test, the customer is entitled to a partial refund (20-60%) on a case-by-case basis after a thorough review of the information provided by the customer. Myjobtests reserves the right to determine the refund amount on a case-by-case basis.

The product was not utilized in any way (With Proof), or the download links didn’t work.
